The right arrangements for your session

AEROWA accepts direct enquiries from individual pilots and instructors. Start with your aircraft type, requested service, issuing authority, rating or certificate expiry date and preferred dates. We review these details before confirming the training or checking arrangements.

Training, proficiency checks and instructor assessments

Training and examining involve different privileges. The instructor or examiner needed depends on your aircraft, the service requested and the licensing requirements applicable to you.

• Pilot training: discuss recurrent or refresher training and preparation for the objectives you need to cover.
• Pilot checking: confirm the examiner arrangements and documentation for your A320 or A330 proficiency check.
• Instructor assessment: use our TRI AoC or SFI AoC pages for certificate revalidation and renewal enquiries.

What to confirm before booking

• The assigned instructor or examiner and the relevant certificate and privileges.
• The simulator, training or checking scope, dates and location.
• Any applicable ATO arrangements, preparation or refresher requirements.
• Your licensing authority's notification, forms and submission requirements.
